Hello Kitty Castle

A castle cake for Alexis' first birthday. The cake is based on a two-tier version by Yummy Cupcakes, which I just loved, and I added the turrets after seeing Dulcie Blue Bakery's version of that same cake. The tier sizes are 9", 7" and 5" and I will be writing a tutorial for my Facebook Page very soon. Thank you for looking!

Such a beautiful cake! Anxiously awaiting the tutorial! :) My skill level is no where near as good as yours but I'd like to try & create a similar styled cake for my twin niece's 3rd birthday at the end of the month... of course I will need 2 Hello Kitty princesses, lol.
