This was my first birthday cake. My son loves Elmo, so we did an Elmo theme. I loved decorating it and he loved eating it LOL. This is decorated with butter cream icing. I didn't realize how hard it was to get it the right color red.
Great job! We had a baby Seseame St. theme for my son's first bday (see my photos) and I used the Wilton's red coloring and had no problem. I will post the specific name of the red color when I get home and find it (I'm at work).
