These are the top two tiers of the very first wedding cake I've ever made. My son is getting married in October and the happy couple want me to make their cake. This is only a sample for the bride and her family to taste and see, so any changes can be discussed well in advance - at least I'll have enough time to practice. The bottom ties is still in progress.
