    Thank you! Stencilling can be a bit tricky but practice makes perfect....and I'm still practicing!

    What a fine, fine, cake!
    Tell me, did you do the cutting? I ask because one of the cake service tips is to make sure the cake plates, that is, the diameter of the dish part of the plate, is wide enough to accommodate the highth of pieces from a tall layer, so the piece doesn't drape over the rim parts of the plate.

    Thank you Gail! This is a display cake....so no cutting! I think with the extending tier each piece would be cut in half length ways so basically it's two cakes in one....if that makes sense!!
