This cake was an experiment. It is a 9" square orange cake with orange BC. This was my first time to make this recipe. It evolved as I was making it, adding a little of this and a little of that. I tasted the scraps and it is delicious. This is also my first loop bow. It is made of MMF. Overall I am pleased with the cake, but I have plenty of room for improvement. It is hard to get that good clean look of fondant when using BC. I wish my stripes were more even and straight. Thanks for looking
