This is my first fondant wedding cake. I was extremely nervous but I pulled it off. This was for a small wedding of 70 people. The bride wanted a tiered cake with the bottom cake out of chocolate with ganache filling the second tier was yellow cake with strawbery filling and the top tier was chocolate with banana pudding filling. They wanted a simple cake with ribbon and a few orchids.
