Rainbow Trout Cake

This is the Rainbow Trout Cake I've made for my uncle, Jean, who loooves to go fishing. No need to say how happy and surprised he was when I showed him the cake! It is a carrot cake with vanilla buttercream icing. I covered it in white fondant and painted it with gel colors. The green is a mix of Welton's ''Moss Green'' and ''Brown'', the pink is a mix of pink colored powder with a little bit of Welton's ''No Taste Red'' and black spots.
