this cake traveled from Brighton to Manchester and made it through winds and snow!!!
top tier is white cake with homemade lemon curd iced with italian meringue buttercream
bottom tier is red velvet cake with chocolate custard filling and iced with white chocolate ganache 
both covered with white fondant and brushed with bridal satin powder for pearlized effect
Jorene painted the portrait 
decorated with white roses,beaded neacklace with cameo pendant, white ribbon and lace

90th birthday cake

    I think it's beautiful. I didn't know you could put white fondant over regular icing.
