Do you use chocolate chips to make the bumps and then dip each pop in melted chocolate? These are adorable. I've seen other versions with 'white pearls' to make the flocks but I think it would be difficult to eat those; having to chew on all those large size candy pearls.

Sorry I didn't realise there were any comments on the photo sorry! Acerola - underneath the white chocolate are quartered marshmallows and they made a lovely texture and flavour (I can imagine white pearls would be horrible to eat!)
