Youngest grand-daughter wanted the same theme cake for her birthday...LOL. 2nd attempt at using the edible paper, (better). Made star bursts with the punch for the sides and put zebra ribbon around the bottom and top sides. Fondant rocks and piping gel tinted blue for the water.
