My daughter saw a cake in a magazine and wanted to make it, this was how our Easter bonnet turned out. We cheated on the brim, by using the base as a faux-brim. The ears probably should have been done with gumpaste but we used fondant. It was just for fun for us to eat and it did the job. :)
