I created this for a recent magazine publication. The cake is covered in a very pale blush colored fondant. I then stenciled on the lace pattern. I hand made little fondant blossoms with rhinestone centers, then made one large deeper blush fondant blossom. I purchased the stand from Lamps plus. Photo by Kevin Paul Photography.

Pale blush, ivory, and lace......

A question...did you use royal or buttercream for the stenciling. Just gorgeous!!!

Thank you meemawof10! I used royal on this one! I've used both before, but royal is easier for me, especially on buttercream.
