Four 6" lemon zest white layers, 2 layers with lemon curd, 1 layer raspberry jam and fresh whole raspberries. Iced with cream cheese frosting (sides only) then wrapped with a white chocolate collar and topped with white chocolate. (the flowers are real.) This is my first attemept at chocolate collars and my first candle. The scrolling is made of gumpaste and cut with a cricut cake.
