Horse racing 50th Birthday cake

This cake was a challenge and was enormous!!Horse was done with gum paste and the newspaper betting slips and money was printed on rice paper - the blue pens were gum paste also .

Oh My! Best horse cake I have seen!!! How did you make the horse, I've heard it's one of the hardest animals to make. I would love to make a horae cake for my son's upcoming 16th birthday as we have mini horses that he drives with a cart. Please help!
