    Thanks for all the lovely comments! The rhinestone borders are called "glam ribbons" or "rhinestone cake banding" and can be found on most cake websites. (No, the borders aren't edible) I used a mixture of edible pearls, dragees and isomalt "diamonds" (with shimmer) for the scroll work and quilting and the lighting really made it POP!
