This was a Bettie Page themed birthday party. Cake-Pops were Coconut cake infused with coconut circo with a mini shot of circo on the side. On top of the tier was a giant red velvet cupcake the liner was candy melts and the butter-cream was infused with rum! My Rum-Nilla buttercream. TFL
