100th Birthday cake with The Queen

I had the honour of making my first 100th Birthday cake... Its not often you get asked to make a cake with a queen sitting on her throne writting a birthday message. But it was a challenge i was happy to take on. The bottom tier is White Chocolate mud cake with white chocolate Ganach, and the top was Cherry Ripe mud cake with dark chocolate ganach, covered in fondant and decorated in red and gold. The queen was made out of modelling paste and 100% edible!
