Very challenging cake made up of 4x gluten free lemon drizzle cake, a large traditional fruit cake, a spherical ginger cake topped off with 4x gluten free carrot cake candles complete with tea lights. The cake is lavishly decorated with ove 550 hand rolled roses and numerous sugar pearls. It weighed over 40 lbs. I had 2 sleepless nights during its making for fear of it collapsing - It didnt :-)
