    Thank you so much. The flowers were made with fondant (and a little tylose added) and varying sizes of circle cutters. I then used a toothpick to roll across the edges to create the ruffle. It seemed to work best when I would roll the toothpick over a small area and then skip a small area and then repeat. The varying thicknesses of fondant created a good ruffle. Then I just put them in molded foil cups to dry. Most ruffles stayed up on their own, but some needed support, so I supported them with small pieces of paper towel and ends of clean q tips. The centers were made just with candy melts topped with drages. Hope that helps.
