    Thank you! Mskessa I used a leaf cutter and then the back end of one of my ball tools- the one that looks like a flat screwdriver head- to vein them and then used an exacto knife to slice the edges- they are really feathers. Then I just lightly dusted some hot pink here and there on the edges. Rosie2 the color is a mix of americolor electric orange, wilton pink and a dab of americolor super red. Tahe4ka the bottom tier is covered like normal- it is a double barrel height. Then I used a crimping tool around the top edge. The gold "sequin" effect was made with 3 different sizes of round piping tips then I painted them with gold dust mixed with vodka. The feather "leaves" are attached with melted chocolate and the flowers are wired and inserted into the side.
