I made this cake for a sick little girl through a charity called Operation Sugar. Which provides free cakes for terminally ill children. And those who are in hospital on their birthdays, or have frequent hospital visits. Maddie has had both her kidneys transplanted and is now stable. This year she gets to celebrate her birthday which she has not been able to for the last 3yrs.
