Thistle Wedding Cake

This is a vanilla pod sponge, with white butter icing and fresh flowers. The original wedding was delivered to the venue in a terrible melted state so I made this for the Bride and Groom so that they would have a cake on their special day. I used a sponge that I had made for 2 days later, iced it and decorated in an hour! Fastest wedding cake ever!
