When one gets to the 50th Wedding Anniversary, there better be a BIG beautiful cake at the end. Taahhh Daaahhh. Lol. This cake was super fun to make. This was the first time making the billowing fondant technique and I give all credit to "the joy of cake" tutorial. Thank you. I hope to be able to do this more often as it is so striking!! Oh, inside was vanilla cake with fresh strawberries in vanilla butter cream covered in MMF. :)
