Wilton white fondant, Satin Ixce vanilla black fondant, no-taste red gel coloring and super pearl dust. Vanilla and chocolate base with red velvet topper filled with buttercream.
Thank you Kathy. I used Wilton's 3D Sports Ball Pan Set to bake a half ball for the base of the hat and then cut fondant circles with a large cutter for the ears. I also stuck lolipop sticks through the circles to give them more stability. The cake has four nine inch layers.
