This was my most high pressure cake of the year….I was recommended by Kate of MyCupKates, maker of the amazing cake I was shown (big love!!) for a wonderful young guy from a fabulous family, turning 21, to be made in our Sydney summer and it was MASSIVE! 4 and a half kilos of chocolate went into the ganache alone!!! Milk choc mud cake with white choc ganache. His body alone was 2 and a half 10” rounds. Original design by Cakesaurus.
