Whipped Ganache Groom's Cake
Mostly just did this for practice. First time making MMF roses and first time using the whipped chocolate ganache. The cake is chocolate fudge torted with the whimsical bakehouse buttercream. Covered with poured ganache and whipped ganache. Can't wait to try a piece of this one!!
