In community album: Christmas
Her coat represents the night sky and she is holding the Star of Bethlehem above the Nativity scene. The only cutters I used are the stars and modified ovals for the feathers. Everything else is using extruder gun, dresden tool and free hand.

I didn't get to finish it, it was too rushed for what I pictured in my head. She was originally meant to be looking down, so that's how I worked on the face, but Auckland humidity has not on my side! Long story short, she was readjusted to look straight ahead. All the jiggling and wiggling around made me crush the gumpaste and I ruined her jaw/chin in the process and there wasn't any time to remake...boohoo!

She stands 15" high on a 16" board. Merry Christmas everyone - have a delightful and happy day filled with good health, good friends, family and plenty of cakes! ;) Nina xoxo
