81 mini cupcakes, vanilla, red icing made with "candy cane" flavored candy melts. Measured melts to fill an 8 oz drinking glass. then beat in with 1 stick unsalted and 1 stick salted butter. Added 1 1/2 tsp vanilla and then the powered sugar.
