    WOW!!! Awesome work, you said BUTTERCREAM?!!!! It looks like Fondant!!! Cant wait for the tutorial! I have a family Christmas party to go to on Dec. 22nd....this would be great!

    Thanks guys! 2txmedics, the buttercream is underneath. The "ornament" top is made of candy melts, but I'm actually in the process of putting together a quick picture tutorial on my site now. It should be up later tonight. :)

    They are beautiful. Thanks for the tutorial. Did you just place one half sphere on top of each cupcake or did you glue the two half spheres together to bake a full ball? Thank you.
