Outdoor Wedding
This is my miracle cake. I had finished decorating this cake, it was in my fridge when my house was struck by lighting and burned down (2 days before the wedding!) The first thing I did after the firemen let me back in my house was get the cake out of the fridge, which still looked just as good, and took it to the bride, apologizing up and down, I was worried it would have smoke damage, but they insisted on serving it anyway, said it tasted and looked great.
Your cake is very pretty, and I feel so sorry about the fire!!!

Thanks so much for all your concern. Fortunatly no one was hurt, thankfully I had some good insurance and starting over was hard, but we managed.
