I donated this cake to my sons school Christmas fete last week and thoroughly enjoyed making it. Both tiers are chocolate mud cake and coated in a dark chocolate ganache. I wanted the models to remain fun and simplistic for the children but still recognisable as Mr and Mrs Claus x

This is ADORABLE! I LOVE everything about it! Especially the gingerbread house and the little gingerbread men in the snow. And your cake board is adorable too. Awesome job! Into my faves ; )
