"Ye old cake shop" all edible

Ohhh, I love, love, love it!! please tell us more about it. Flavor, size? My favorite part is the 'window' with the cakes display!! how did you make the window? oh, I love the tree too...this is so original!!

Thank you so much, it is rich fruit cake laced with Jack daniels, the shop is around 30cm long and about 25cm high, to do the window I hollowed out some fruit cake and used it for the bay, marzipaned and white iced the cake, made the croissants and cakes for the window display, I then made the top of the window with pastillage and when it dried, I used some leaf gelatine cut to size and pushed it into the cake, then pushed the pastallage into the cake to rest on top of the gelatine leaf, hope this makes sense!!
