How did you make the gold bow so gold & absolutely perfect? did you spray paint it after assembling it?

Is the top a sugar sheet? are the cutouts on the side made with a cake cricut? and how did you do the gold overlay on the bottom? is it fondant painted with a stencil & gold dust mixed with liquid? I would love to know how you did it all!! I'm so impressed!
