This is just awesome!! I was desperate to do a poinsettia cake for a wedding last weekend and couldn't find a tutorial, YouTube, kit,..... nothing; I just couldn't figure it out so fell back on roses ; ) Could you share anything about how you created such perfection - even the stamens are amazing!! Very hard to believe this is gumpaste not to mention first time. Wow - impressed for sure.
