In: Rise of the Guardians "Elf" Cake in album: Anniversary
I made this 3D cake for a surfacing department Holiday Party at Dreamworks! He is completely edible, but only the body was cake. The face was made of modeling chocolate and fondant, and the rest of the body was made of modeling chocolate, fondant and rice crispies!! He was 2 ft tall and was filled with pumpkin cake with layers of pumpkin buttercream and salted caramel! See how I made him at
