Just some treats I made for my monthy bunco game. Chocolate fudge cupcakes filled with "twinkie" filling and frosted with chocolate BC. Strawberries dipped in chocolate and then drizzled with white chocolate.

To find the recipe for the twinkie middle just do a forum search for "twinkie filling" and you will find it. It is also on the Top Secret Recipes website. The frosting is Chocolate Buttercream. You just add 3 oz of melted semi sweet chocolate to your regular buttercream recipe and a bit more milk. HTH :D
