I love your cake! One of the best Minnie cakes, in my opinion. How did you do the skirt? Is it just a circular piece of fondant draped over the tier? Is the bottom of the tier covered in fondant too? I would love to know. Thank you!!!

HI Cakesisters! Yes it is just a circular piece of fondant; there is no other fondant underneath, besides the little ruffles at the bottom. :)
