hi Sweetsentiments and Vgcea, the stencil is called eyelet lattice. The one that we used in class is provided by Sharon but you can buy it online from cakedresser.com.. justgo to Tools & Equipment -> Stencils link.

hi VKakes11, all the cakes in my galleries except for this one are the ones I made before attending this class :).. Honestly, it was not easy for me to do this cake esp as I was surrounded by classmates who are pro & skillful... they are sooo fast! But looking back on what I've done with this cake and "every" technique that i've learned, it's so worth it!!! :)
