Hi.  My son just attained Eagle, and we're having his COH in July.  This is the best cake I have seen, by far!  May I ask how to make?  Is the Eagle at the top from, say, a trophy shop?  The tassels, are they edible, too?  I couldn't tell from the picture.  Anyway, any info you can share, please do.  I would love to surprise him with something like this.

Just saw this... thank you so much.  The topper has s a trophy that he kept, it has his rank date on it.  The tassels are edible, fondant, made with a pasta crank set on speghetti.  Hope that helps.
