Santa is so cute. I bought the tutorial earlier today and I can't wait to try it! I love your wonderful step by step explanations!! It is very thorough. I also had been wondering how to do those ruffles like on Santa's beard (I have seen them on several wedding cakes) so I feel like I got a two for one deal!
