I made this cake for a lady who loves horses. The cake flavor is chocolate filled with ganache and vanilla bean buttercream, and covered with white chocolate fondant. I painted the fondant to look like the sunset. I made the horses, sunflowers, leaves, fence, and rope border out of gumpaste and fondant.
