Rainbow birthday party cake. This cake has been made with my never fail white butter cake recipe and a bit of regular food colouring to create the colours (not the gel variety). Each layer of the cake is half a cake batter. Iced with white butter cream frosting and decorated with coloured fondant cut outs and mini m and m lollies.
