I followed seriouscakes Carousel Cake video for this, but changed it a bit for my daughter who collects Noah's Ark items. All Buttercream. I did use Peanut Butter Buttercream (my daughter's favorite) where I could & I think that's why this cake didn't hold up well. That's my excuse anyways! lol. Oh well. . .Better luck next time! I put it on a cake plate that we could "spin" (by hand) for effect.
