Cake made for my birthday in April.

Bottom tier is Baileys & White Choc Mud cake with White Choc ganache, and top tier is Lolly Cake with Milk Choc ganache.

The pink milk glass cake stand was a present from hubby and the kids.
As you can see I love the colour pink ;-)

    It is the Citrus White Mud Cake from the Taste website.
    I left out the citrus peel and instead of 1.5 cups of milk I used 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup of Baileys or any other alcohol you want. You can do the same for choc muds, substitue some of the water for any liquor.
