Made this for a little boy that loved Elmo. I think this is sort of what was on the napkins and plates, and I decided to put his name on the blocks instead of just random letters.
I freehanded a picture of him onto wax paper, and after I iced the cake white, I "transfered" the pic onto the cake by poking holes into it along the lines of the 'transfer' I made. Then I began to fill it in. This was before I learned about FBCTs; and although I haven't done one yet, I am going to attempt my 1st for my son's birthday party next weekend!!
