I covered a trimmed 6" board with fondant & then cut the bodies & faces freehand. I did cut out the hair out of paper & mostly traced that. The faces are a little off because I tried etching the face details because I didn't feel confident to paint it. Then I painted over what I etched & added the other features. I didn't have the umph to do "The Beatles" on it since I was doing this & trying to get Thanksgiving dinner prepped & do other baking. My brother did get a kick out of it which is all that matters.
