Birthday cake for owner of a Harley dealership. Cake feed 200, chocolate with rasp filling and white with lemon filling. Cake is 3 1/2 fee long, 10 " wide and 2 feet tall. Had working lights and fog machine exhaust. Lots of fun but took over 40 hours to do from start to finish.

This is truly amazing! I can certainly believe it took 40 hours to complete. What part of the motorcycle is cake? Can you share how you did this motorcycle and fog machine exhaust, please.

Thanks so much for the nice comments. The entire bike is edible, except for the pipe structure. Gas tank and engine were cake, seat and wheels rice krispy treat, all covered in chocolate clay. The pvc pipe stucture made it easy to hook up a fog machine and feed out the exhaust. Added battery operated lights and then attached the poured sugar tail and headlight. Sorry, with over 40 hours to make, a tutorial would be a book! But I can tell you, start with a true scale drawing. This is only my 2nd structure cake ever, so it did take a while to plan. Thanks again!

This is only your SECOND structure cake.?? Oobviously it is only the beginning. The other cakes I've seen on your website are great, but this is outstanding and uncommon. As you continue, you should be able to streamline the planning process a bit; you have some AMAZING cakes in your future! Thank you for sharing.
