I made this cake for my MIL's retirement party that I hosted. I figured after 33 years of service to the IRS that it was the least I could do. I got back from my crusie on Monday the party was for the upcoming Saturday...I even made 50 chocolate dollar bills as favors for my guests.But my MIL was thrilled. The bow was my first attempt.
