Thanksgiving Carrot Cake! :)

I love this design! It is beautiful! And it sounds very yummy too! Would you mind giving me your cream cheese frosting recipe? I have tried a few & can't seem to get one that I can use for decorating. Again, Great Cake! Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanks so much, Bobbi!! I actually used donut holes for the pumpkins (tee-hee) and just went from there. The cream cheese frosting recipe I found in this site from SeriousCakes. It's called: Cream Cheese Frosting (crusting) by SeriousCakes. I'm like you and tried several and they were just too soft to decorate with and then I tried this one and I love it! Hope it works for you! If by chance you're not able to find it, let me know and I'll try to send you a pm (if I can figure how to do that on this new version!) =) (Oh wow!!
