The bottom layer is Vanilla cake with Vanilla Butter cream icing. The top layer is Chocolate and Vanilla Butter cream icing. The towers are made of Fondant and then stained with a rose color stain.The turrets are made from cut out pieces of scrapbook paper and covered in Fondant then rolled in sugar crystals. I used a brick stencil on the 2 tiers and on all the towers.
